Reach new heights by taking part in an unforgettable challenge in aid of Helen & Douglas House. With overseas treks to local walks there is something for everyone!
All treks are organised by experts Charity Challenge, Discover Adventure, Across the Divide, Event Aid or Global Adventure Challenges and offer you the chance to experience some of the world's most amazing places.
These challenges, however, are not holidays. You will need to spend months training and fundraising, before undertaking a demanding physical challenge.
Each year we have a trek which is exclusive to Helen & Douglas House or Children’s Hospices so you and your fellow trekkers will have a common aim. Alternatively, you can join one of the many open treks on offer.
