Douglas House, the world's first hospice specifically for young adults with life shortening conditions, celebrated its 5th anniversary on Friday, 20 February 2009.
Staff, friends and families from both Helen House and Douglas House joined guests of Douglas House to celebrate. Two special cakes made by guest Cat and her mother, a quiz, live music from a member of staff and a Douglas House guest, were the ingredients for a fine celebration.
