Adventurer Rosie sailed round the world in a catamaran with her young family over 30 years ago and ran round the world in 5 years, in aid of charity, finishing in 2008.

Her latest endeavour takes her across the breadth and depth of England and Wales, raising money for Ty Hafan Children's Hospice in Wales and Helen & Douglas House. She is pulling the cart that accompanied her on her world run - the famous Icebird.
