Heart presenters visited Helen & Douglas House last week in readiness for the launch of Heart radio's 'Have a Heart' appeal in aid of Children's Hospices UK.

Heart is aiming to raise funds to help children’s hospices such as Helen & Douglas House, grow the level of support and care that can be delivered to young people with life-shortening conditions and their families.

Jez Clark and Adam Ball from Heart Swindon and Heart Thames Valley Breakfast Presenters Matt and Michelle, spent time getting to know about the work we do and chatting to staff and families.

For more information about the appeal tune into Heart, or visit  www.heart.co.uk/haveaheart
