We're with you every step of the way!

 

Welcome…..

 

…..and thank you for choosing to run for Helen & Douglas House. We rely on people like you, who are able to give up your valuable time (and energy!) to support children and young people with life-shortening conditions. In return we will do everything we can to ensure you get the most from your running and fundraising efforts, even if that means calling us to talk about your sore knees and blisters first thing on a Monday morning!

 

Whatever the distance, running is a matter of dedication, determination and getting out there to train even if you don’t feel like it! This section is designed to give you the information you need to kick-start you into action, with plenty of tips and pointers on training, kit, nutrition and on-the-day advice. We hope you find it useful, but if you ever need more just give us a call.
