Everyone needs a hug from time to time, not least the families of the children and young adults who visit Helen & Douglas House. We aim to make sure that parents, guardians and siblings of our guests are looked after too, so our family support team are on hand to give practical advice and emotional counselling; our catering team will provide freshly prepared meals when families stay with us; and our ‘Elephant Club’ will help siblings of our guests have some fun and build their confidence in a safe and understanding environment.
