Reach new heights by taking part in an unforgettable overseas challenge in aid of Helen & Douglas House.

All treks are organised by experts Charity Challenge, Skyline Overseas or Global Adventure Challenges and offer you the chance to experience some of the world's most amazing places.

These challenges, however, are not holidays. You will need to spend months training and fundraising, before undertaking a demanding physical challenge.

Each year we have a number of treks which are exclusive to Helen & Douglas House so you and your fellow trekkers will have a common aim. Alternatively, you can join one of the open treks with Charity Challenge, Global Adventure Challenges or Skyline. Have a look at the options in the menu bar.
