Activity Events Fundraising Assistant Internship

Helen & Douglas House are creating exciting opportunities through a series of internships. These unpaid opportunities will give you valuable experience and a chance to develop a project from beginning to end which will be a great addition to your CV.

This role is in the Fundraising department working specifically with the Events Fundraising Manager to help develop, manage and sustain a diverse range of activity events from runs to overseas treks. Some of these events are organised directly by the charity and some by third party organisers. With all our events it is important to develop relationships with supporters and encourage and support them in their fundraising efforts and training.

Van Driver

Abingdon Warehouse

We are seeking an additional van driver to join the team at our busy Warehouse in Abingdon. The van drivers provide a collection and delivery service between our Warehouse and chain of 33 retail shops across Oxfordshire and surrounding counties.

Our drivers require exceptional customer service and team working skills, the ability to work to tight schedules, flexibility and organisation skills, and a full driving licence.
