Challenge the whole family on 29th April 2018 with a race around the magnificent grounds of Blenheim Palace: 7k run, 1-mile junior event or 4-mile wheelchair/buggy competition, taking a scenic route past the Palace and over the Grand Bridge, before a spectacular lakeside section. The 7k course is suitable for all ages and abilities.
The Junior race, open to under 15s, starts before the main 7k and makes the event a great family day out.
The wheelchair and buggy event will differ slightly and take place over a 4 mile course following the trails around the grounds of Blenheim Palace.
The race offers a challenging run for the more experienced, and beautiful surroundings for the beginner or anyone who wants to take a more leisurely pace. Entry to the race includes entry to the grounds, designed by Capability Brown and described as “the finest view in England”.

Why should you put on your running shoes for Helen & Douglas House?
Your participation in The Blenheim 7K 2018 is going to make a real difference to us – we care for terminally ill children, young adults and their families through exceptional hospice care. It costs over £5 million a year to run the two hospice houses and provide our outreach nursing service, we cannot do this without your help!
We provide medical, emotional and practical support helping families deal with the implications of living with a child who will die prematurely, so they can make the most of their time together.
