Some of the families at Helen & Douglas House may only have days or even hours left with their child. It’s vital we can fill their time with as much happiness and joy, laughter and light as possible because it won’t be long before all they have is memories.

Free Decoration Terms & Conditions

Please note: delivery of your decoration is expected to take up to 14 days. Royal Mail’s last post date for 2nd Class is 18th December, therefore for any donations made around or after 8th December, your decoration may not arrive until after Christmas 2024. We cannot take responsibility for any lost or damaged items after they are sent for delivery.  

Decorations will be available while stocks last and in order to keep costs low are limited to one per person. A number of different decoration designs are available, and we cannot guarantee which will be sent. The decoration you receive may therefore be different from the design you have seen on social media. 

Please note, this offer is open to UK residents only aged 18 and over. Helen & Douglas House reserves the right to cancel, suspend of or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
