Jane joined as CEO at the end of 2023 following 15 years in Executive Leadership roles in Social Housing , Health and Education. Experience that has given her a breadth of understanding of the complex needs and challenges faced by the people and communities served and a passion for making a sustainable and positive impact on their life experience.
She believes that there can be no more impactful a place to do that than Helen & Douglas House where Children and their families don’t just receive much needed care, support and palliative care but the opportunity to create precious memories, moments of joy and much needed respite. Jane is also a member of the Board of Trustees for Save the Children UK and Chair of their People & Transformation Committee.
