For those transferring directly from NHS within the last 12 months with a pension, Helen & Douglas House are a direction agency for the NHS Pension Scheme. The pension scheme works on an ‘opt out’ system – you must opt-out if you do not wish to make a contribution, or payments will be taken automatically.
