Family Communication Preferences

By letting us know how you prefer to be contacted, you are confirming that you’d like to hear from us about the latest news and updates from the hospice. If you have previously opted-in to hearing from us, e.g. with fundraising information, we’ll continue to contact you in the ways you have already confirmed. If you add in additional opt-in preferences above, we’ll add these to your preferences.

When you fill in your preferences and updated details, we will stay in touch with you via the communication method/s you have confirmed. This may include post, email, phone and text. We will send you content from the hospice, which may also feature relevant family events and activities and news about the charity.
