Ian has recently retired from a 40 year business career, having worked initially for Royal Insurance, where he qualified as a Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute. He then moved to Thomas Cook, Vodafone and most recently as Chief HR Officer for RS Components.
He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development and is currently a part time lecturer on business degree programmes and CIPD courses at Abingdon and Witney College.
In his spare time Ian is a keen road cyclist and walker.
