I’m a Practice Development Nurse at Helen & Douglas House. I deliver training to all clinical staff, sometimes in a large group but often at the bedside. You may see me around the hospice talking with staff or observing their practice, this is to ensure we are all using up to date practice and refreshing our skills. I also work clinically once a week.
