Helen & Douglas House cares for local terminally ill babies, children, and their families in our hospice in Oxford and at home. As a charity, our shops provide 20% of the £3 million income we need each year to keep providing this invaluable support to families facing the unimaginable prospect of losing a child. Each time you shop with us, you’re helping us to help local families make the most of the precious time they have left together.

If you’re on the lookout for quality furniture, head over to our specialist furniture shops in Oxford (Rose Hill and Headington), Didcot and Carterton. You’ll find a great range of donated and upcycled furniture, including sofas, tables, beds, televisions and other small electricals.
Our Summertown shop in north Oxford is the place to go if you’re into vintage clothes and accessories. Packed with vintage clothing for men and women and other retro treasures, our collection includes pieces dating from the 1930s to the 1990s and every trend and decade in between.
Can’t make it to our shop today? Visit our Amazon and eBay shops instead! It’s where you’ll find rare and more valuable items, as well as high-quality new goods donated to us.
