Memories from last year's walk
“It was a beautiful day where we got to spend some time with family, thinking about our little boy and meeting with other friends and honouring their lost loved ones too.” – Lisa Cox
“It was so perfect to be amongst nature, beauty and peace. My ‘cup was filled up’ after attending this event, and it’s been a long time since I’ve felt like that.” – Faye Carrick, who walked in memory of her husband, Mike

What should I wear/bring?
Please ensure you are wearing your Walk in Their Memory wristband. This will act as your ticket and enable marshals to easily identify and direct you on arrival. Wristbands will be posted to you before the day of the event.
Please wear weather-appropriate clothing and sensible, comfortable footwear. Paths may be muddy and uneven.
Is the walk accessible for wheelchairs, pushchairs and buggies?
The entrance to the farm has good, clear width and level or ramped access.
Outside paths are a mixture of grass (short mown around the house) and compacted crushed stone. Routes are relatively level, with few significant inclines. In the event of wet weather, some parts of the route can be uneven and muddy and may not be suitable for wheelchairs, buggies or pushchairs.
The Manor House can be reached on stone paths at all times.
